Policy - Shipping, Handling and Payment Options, Warranties
Shipping and Handling: If we receive your order before 2:00pm Pacific time it will go out the following morning. If it's after 2:00pm then it will go out the following afternoon. The exception to this is orders that arrive on Friday. In that case the order will go out the following Monday. Check the turn around time page for current status.
We offer the following shipping methods: USPS priority return shipping which is 3 to 4 business days to most locations for $5.00. If you need quicker shipping you can select USPS Express for $20.00. Express will get it there the next day or 2nd day depending on location and what time of day we are able to mail it. All international orders are returned USPS International Express for $30.00.
Warranty: We guarantee the performance of your injectors after service for one year. We don't cover any defect in your cores. Case leaks and electrical problems are not covered. To obtain a service recheck you must send in your invoice with the injectors and our contact form filled out.
Payment Options: We accept several payment options. For Local customers we accept checks, money orders, cash or Visa / Master Card. For out of town customers money orders, PayPal and Visa / MasterCard are accepted.
