Fuel injectors rarely die. They just get dirty. Fuel injector cleaning restores them back into like new condition and performance. Your injectors are cleaned and flow tested on the ASNU flow bench and ultrasonic cleaning machine. After cleaning new injector parts including filters, o-rings, spacers and pintle caps are installed. They are returned with a before and after flow report.

Local   If you are in the Coeur d'Alene area you can drop off your injectors at 6280 N. Government Way Unit 4 between 9:00am and 4:30pm. We don't need the fuel rail so just bring in the injectors. You can bring them in after hours and use our after hours service drop off. There are instructions on the door. Bring your injectors in the morning and you can have them back in the afternoon. If you bring them in the afternoon you will have them the next day.

Out of Town   If you are out of the area fill out this form and follow the directions for shipping. If your injectors arrive before 2pm Pacific they will go back out in the mail the following morning. If they arrive after 2pm they will go out the next working day. You have your choice of USPS priority shipping for $5.00 or if you are in a hurry USPS express is $20.00. All international orders are returned USPS Express international for $30.00

What is ASNU Injector Service
ASNU injector repair service is a fuel injector cleaning process. It begins with injector flow testing and ultrasonic cleaning.  Ultrasonic cleaning brings the injectors performance back to like new or good as new condition. That's where the ASNU name came from. Good as new. Servicing your injectors is preferable to reconditioned fuel injectors. Your high quality original equipment injectors just need a good ultrasonic cleaning and quality injector flow testing to ensure performance. New injector parts including pintle cap, spacers, filters and orings are installed to bring them back like new. Good ASNU and better than reconditioned fuel injectors. ASNU Injector Service - One of the components of the fuel injector that is ignored is the fuel injector filter. It protects the injector from contamination. With time age and mileage they become fouled and require replacement. We replace them during our injector service with a new 30 micron replacement. Good injector repair must include a new filter. This is something on the car fuel injector cleaning does not include. We also replace the pintle cap on those applications with a replaceable one. The pintle cap will become brittle with age and can cause a intake leak if it fails.

On the car fuel injection cleaning might be a good idea for maintenance but it doesn't get the injectors perfectly clean like ultrasonic  cleaning does. Our experience in the shop with the flow bench has shown some injectors to be stubbornly dirty and difficult to clean. Even if you get them clean enough to solve a misfire are they up to 100% for power delivery?

Without a flow bench it's just a guess. Here is a illustration from the lab at ASNU showing a chemically cleaned unit and one cleaned ultrasonically with the ASNU flow bench and ultrasonic cleaning machine.

The one shown below right has been cleaned on the ASNU flow bench using ultrasonic high frequency sound waves. It's perfectly clean and the flow rate, spray patten and penetration have been restored like new.

The tolerances in the injectors are less than one micron. Any dirt effects this tolerance and therefore the flow volume. The volume effects power, but what about the spray pattern quality and penetration. Correct spray pattern formation is critical to torque rise and complete combustion. A dirty tip will not support the correct droplet size of fuel. If the droplet size is too small then the then fuel doesn't make it to the combustion chamber to be burned.

There are lots of alternatives to cleaning gasoline fuel injectors such as additives, on car cleaning or even removing the injectors for a chemical soak but none of these methods guarantee injector performance because there is no flow test done. _There are some vendors out there that offer rebuilt fuel injectors but our experience testing them has shown very poor balance from one unit to another. If you have a core that fails the electrical test we recommend you buy a new unit. Most of the new ones we test provide good flow balance. We don't offer rebuilt fuel injectors. Our process is one of cleaning your good cores and installing new service parts to bring the injector back into like new performance.
